The full story regarding recent complaints to Ogame(NL)
There is too much to complain about in regards to Ogame/Gameforge.
- Poor site/game performance
- Lack of responsibility being taken in regards to ongoing issues by Gameforge
- Bugs taking way to long to get a fix
- Poor handling of tickets (waiting times)
- New features coming to the game having balance issues – which take way to long to be resolved, resulting in big balance issues
- Policies are in place that create a high entry level for people to place complaints.
On June 18th I wrote a letter of complaint; which I will be publicizing today;
This letter is still being handled and discussed through mail, but I see no reason to longer hold this letter back.
